He almost matched that amount with his endorsement earnings, bringing in €30 million. These figures could be a bit off too. Ronaldo declared his assets in 2015 after tax fraud accusations: A whopping €203 million.

Every brand wants to be associated with the world’s most famous footballer. So it’s little surprise to read that he rakes in a load of cash from Instagram. He’s the social media platform’s third most followed person.

Trailing behind only Ariana Grande and Selena Gomez, Ronaldo is the most followed athlete.

People with a large number of followers frequently post sponsored content. The more followers they have, the more money they earn from posts. Hopper HQ report that Ronaldo earns around $400k per sponsored Instagram post.
